Our Services

Bookings and Payment
Bookings must be made in advance via our website, email.
Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm the booking.
Accepted payment methods: Debit-Credit Card, VISA, Master card, Bank, Online Banking (where applicable).
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service: no charge or full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions or restrictions. Our Desert Safari Abu Dhabi Practitioners may decline service if there are health risks or safety concerns.
Limitation of Liability
Desert Safari Abu Dhabi and its staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from misuse of the services, pre-existing conditions, or failure to disclose health issues.
